Data collected

The website collects personal data through the free trial request form: your website address, your work email and your work phone number.

With your consent, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag also collect browsing data: see Cookies and advertising. The following sections cover the form data.

Purpose

We only use your details to build and present your Seeckr assistant. Never sold on, and no newsletter without your consent.

Legal basis

Steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract: you ask for a Seeckr assistant built on your catalogue, and we use your details to build it and present it to you.

Recipients

Your request is passed to the Seeckr team. To get there, it goes through technical service providers: Resend to send the notification email, Slack for the team’s internal messaging, and Vercel to host the website.

All three providers are based in the United States: your data may therefore be processed outside the European Union, under the contractual commitments made with each of them.

Retention period

Three years from our last contact with you. After that, your details are deleted.

Cookies and advertising

Only if you accept, the website loads the pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It sets the _fbp cookie, kept for 90 days, and sends Meta the pages you view and the submission of the form, without its content. We use it to measure our ads and show them to you on Facebook and Instagram.

With the same consent, the website also loads the Insight Tag of LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. It sets LinkedIn cookies and sends LinkedIn the pages you view. We use it to measure our ads and show them to you on LinkedIn.

The legal basis is your consent. Meta and LinkedIn, joint controllers of this processing, may process this data outside the European Union. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing, or request its restriction or portability. Write to contact@seeckr.fr.

You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
